Cedric the butler's assistance in securing a dining reservation at Plenitude was really good, and the warm welcome from the staff via WhatsApp added a personal touch to our stay.

The staff was very good and accommodating!

everything was simply brand-new. we really enjoyed the facilities offered by this perfect and gorgeous hotel. we stayed in the triple room, the room was exceptionally comfortable and fantastic. it included climate control, an individual safe, and pay television. the location of the property was central, close to the restaurant is on 7, and paris. brew pub maison mulot was located 5 minutes walk away.

The technology in the room impressed me a lot. Thoughtful touches everywhere, especially the luxurious bathroom products. I appreciated the intelligent room design that gave me fine views of the Paris skyline. Communication with the staff sometimes fell short. I requested an upgrade and waited for a response that never came. The vibe wasn't the same as my previous stays, with some staff seeming less attentive. Though the location and amenities were great, the inconsistency in service left me wanting more.

The room was amazing! Everything felt so new and clean. The design was a perfect mix of modern and luxurious. I loved the attention to detail, like the high-end products and cool tech features. The view was amazing too-seeing the Seine from the room was a highlight. Seriously, every corner had a purpose and it all just framed Paris beautifully. The spa experience complemented the stay perfectly for a real indulgence. Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime vibe!

I loved that the hotel was just a short walk from the iconic Louvre Museum and the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens, making my city strolls good and effortless as I immersed myself in all the sights.

The Beautiful Room had air conditioning, a balcony with amazing views of the Seine, and a minibar stocked with drinks. The bathroom was luxurious, with a shower and high-quality toiletries. The spa was great with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and beauty services. The fitness center was modern and well-equipped for a good workout.

the shower was tricky (couldn't figure it out! ). the indoor patio with a breathtaking view of the river was stunning. also, the staff had personalized touches every day. even room service was quick and efficient!

The hotel's Art Deco design is stunningly restored, providing an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The layout is easily navigable for seniors, and the attentive staff ensure all needs are met.

More accessible seating in public areas would be helpful.
